Starite Monthly — January 2026
✉️ Opening Message|From Sing Mas to Starite
As we step into the first month of 2026, we do so with a renewed sense of purpose.
As recently announced, Starite is now our unified external brand identity—representing the next chapter of our evolution. While our visual expression has evolved to reflect a more
forward-looking direction, our foundation remains unchanged: over four decades of manufacturing expertise built at Sing Mas.
Starite is how we bring that experience forward—
as a professional, transparent, and sustainability-driven partner working across the supply chain.
This monthly newsletter is part of that commitment. It is designed to share how we work, what we are building toward, and how we continue to create value together—step by step, month
by month.
🔍 January Focus|Laying the Foundation
January is a month of alignment for us. Rather than accelerating prematurely, our focus is on building a solid base that supports long-term collaboration, technical integrity, and
responsible growth.
Below are the key initiatives shaping our work this month.
 I. Social Impact & Sustainable Design
World Vision Partnership — Consultation Phase
We have entered formal consultations with World Vision Taiwan, aligning resources and expertise in preparation for future international initiatives that place social impact and community
well-being at their core.
These discussions help ensure that when projects move forward, they do so with clarity, responsibility, and measurable value.
Acrylic Waste R&D — Circular Design Exploration
We are advancing internal R&D focused on the reuse of acrylic production by-products. By rethinking material bypass and waste streams, we aim to develop practical, design-ready applications
that respond to global expectations around circular economy and sustainable materials.
⚙️ II. Technical Excellence & Governance
Light Guide Development
Our engineering team continues to refine our Light Guide solutions, with ongoing work focused on optical efficiency, consistency, and performance reliability. These efforts reflect
our belief that innovation must always be supported by engineering discipline and repeatable quality.
Long-Term ESG Reporting Framework
Together with external consultants, we have officially begun preparation of a long-term ESG reporting framework. This initiative establishes a standardized, data-driven approach
to environmental and social governance—supporting transparency, compliance, and trust across the supply chain.
🤝 III. Organizational Growth
Team Expansion & Capability Building
We are welcoming new team members this month, bringing fresh perspectives and complementary expertise into the organization. This growth supports our transition from a traditional
supplier to a total solution provider, while maintaining the reliability our partners expect.
🔭 Looking Ahead
January is not about visibility—it is about readiness.
While many initiatives shared here are still in early stages, each is guided by a single principle:
every step we take should strengthen our ability to collaborate, deliver, and grow together.
We look forward to a productive month ahead and to continuing this journey with our partners across the global supply chain.
Warm regards,
Starite
