Starite (Sing Mas) Embraces A Journey of Continous Learning
On February 6, in Da Nang, our team engaged in a focused knowledge-exchange session with the Founder of CORMIS Vietnam (Center of Research and Community Inclusive Support),
an organization known for its work in trauma-informed leadership and inclusive community development.
This dialogue was not symbolic. It reflects Starite’s broader commitment to continuous learning as a strategic discipline.
We believe sustainable growth is built on diverse perspectives—from grassroots community expertise to international sustainability frameworks. As we expand across markets, organizational maturity must evolve alongside material innovation.

From this exchange, three strategic directions were reinforced:
Leadership as a Social Architect
Global leadership today requires more than operational oversight. By integrating psychological safety and mental well-being into management frameworks, we strengthen long-term organizational resilience.
Cultivating Next-Generation Excellence
As Gen Z professionals bring heightened awareness of mental well-being and purpose-driven work, aligning with international workplace standards is essential to attract and empower future global talent.
Operationalizing Human-Centric Innovation
We are moving beyond compliance-based ESG toward a people-first operating model — where diversity, empathy, and structured systems drive high performance.
For Starite (Sing Mas), ESG is not a reporting exercise.
It is embedded in how we build teams, partnerships, and long-term business ecosystems.
As our material capabilities scale internationally, so must the organizational foundation that supports them.
Innovation begins with materials.
Sustainability begins with people.
