Today, we held our 115th Annual Mid-Year Management Exchange Conference at our Douliu factory, under the theme “Together We Grow.”
As Starite (by Sing Mas) takes its next step toward becoming an Acrylic Total Solution Provider, we know the journey ahead will bring new challenges—but also new opportunities to learn, improve, and create greater value for our customers and partners.

Our General Manager shared an honest look at where we stand today, the challenges we are facing, and the direction we are working toward in the second half of the year.
What made the exchange meaningful was that the conversation did not stop there.
Colleagues from different teams were encouraged to speak up, raise questions, and share their ideas. Our leadership team listened with an open mind and responded directly. These may seem like simple moments, but they are important to building a stronger organization—one where different perspectives can come together and move us forward.
