Starite Talent Growth
An internship can be more than a temporary learning experience. With meaningful responsibilities and opportunities to grow, it can become the beginning of a professional career.
In August 2025, three young talents from Indonesia and Vietnam—Felicia Cahaya, Fionna Rachel, and Eddie Tran—joined Starite through our internship program.
What began as an introduction to the acrylic manufacturing industry developed into hands-on involvement in innovation, design, international business development, and brand communications.
Following the program, all three continued their journey with Starite.
Felicia Cahaya, Innovation & Strategy Executive, and Fionna Rachel, Design & BD Executive, remain part-time team members while pursuing their university studies.

Fionna Rachael shared her journey at our Supply Chain 2025
"My internship at Starite strengthened my design skills by teaching me how to create designs for real-world markets rather than just personal portfolios or preferences. I learned to consider customer needs and market demands when developing design solutions. I also gained valuable insights into the acrylic market in different countries and improved my communication and teamwork skills by interacting with fellow interns from diverse backgrounds. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to intern at Starite and gain meaningful industry experience," shared Fionna Rachael.
Eddie Tran, Communications & PR Executive, progressed from internship to part-time employment and has now transitioned into a full-time position—our team's first such career progression.

Their contributions reflect something we strongly believe: emerging professionals can bring meaningful value to a business while continuing to develop their own capabilities.

For Starite, this is also part of our commitment to the Social (S) dimension of ESG—creating opportunities for professional development, cross-cultural collaboration, and access to real-world industry experience.
As a manufacturing business with more than four decades of experience, we recognize that transformation depends not only on technology and materials but also on the people who will shape what comes next.
We are proud to continue growing together.
